Skyway Plaza Dilao ramp partially opens today

The 3.7-kilometer segment of Skyway Stage 3 from Buendia to Plaza Dilao in Manila is now open to motorists.

DPWH Secretary Mark Villar said that the Skyway Stage 3’s Plaza Dilao ramp has been opened to traffic in order to ease traffic congestion in Buendia.
