Sharing its commitment to alleviate the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, Auto Nation Group, the official distributor of Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles in the Philippines has partnered with Project ARK to support the cause of conducting mass testing. Project ARK is composed companies from the private sector and aims to help the economy. The project is spearheaded by Mr. Joey Concepcion of the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (PCE).

Through this partnership, Auto Nation Group purchased Innovita 2019-nCoV Ab Test rapid test kits procured from Life Core Bio Integrative, Inc. Just a few weeks back, Auto Nation Group was able to hand over the first batch of test kits donation to the local government of San Juan City.

On July 7, 2020, together with GoNegosyo, the latest donation was given to the City of Taguig via a Zoom Press Conference. This initiative aims to boost the capacity of Taguig in safe reopening and resumption of businesses and other commercial establishments in the city. Also present during the press conference were Las Pinas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar and Makati City Mayor Abigail Binay to receive the test kits donations from other private companies.

As the economy reopens, Auto Nation Group is optimistic that the provision of rapid test kits would be helpful in protecting the health and safety of the general public and livelihood the people.

In a statement, Auto Nation Group’s President Mr. Felix R. Ang said “when we first heard about this project, there was no thinking twice. We wanted to give our full support and I wish all the Mayors and their teams all the best in protecting their constituents. Rest assured that we, at Auto Nation Group, are also doing our parts in our offices and showrooms to protect our employees, our clients, and everyone who visits our facilities. We have administered so far anti-body rapid testing to 100% of our employees”.

“We look forward to winning this battle soon, together with you, with our collective efforts. Again, thank you for the opportunity and stay safe everyone” Felix R. Ang added.

Auto Nation Group’s donation of rapid test kits is just one of the many initiatives of the company in helping out during these trying times.
