The lowest priced crossover on the market comes packed with all the modern comfort, convenience, and safety features you would expect in cars twice its price. Best of all its sporty and youthful styling will make heads turn wherever you drive.

This is the Chery Tiggo 2 and it’s the new brand’s smallest crossover; but don’t underestimate this small wonder — it’s powered by an energetic yet fuel-efficient DOHC 16-valve EFI 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine and has a space-efficient body size with a length of 4200mm, width of 1760mm, height of 1570mm, and a long-for-its-class wheelbase of 2555mm.

The Tiggo 2 sports premium design headlights with LED daytime running lights or DRLs matched by stylish and dynamic-looking taillights. Both headlights and taillights have an upscale C-shaped design reminiscent of those found in luxury brands. The Tiggo 2 has an aerodynamic body kit which is fitted with a stylish and functional spoiler on the front bumper, side skirts, and a rear wing. The interior of the Tiggo 2 has a sporty two-tone, class-exclusive orange-and-black color that gives its cabin a sporty and upscale ambience.

The Tiggo 2’s ergonomic dashboard has an integrated central console which flows seamlessly from the dashboard, giving the Tiggo 2’s controls a more natural and more comfortable feel to it. Trunk space is commodious at 420 liters, and may be further expanded, thanks to the 40:60 split-folding rear seats and 21 individual storage spaces found throughout the cabin.

For infotainment, there’s an eight-inch Full HD touchscreen with smartphone screen mirroring which lets you access and mirror your smartphone on the Tiggo 2’s display which, by the way, is also compatible with Android and Apple devices. The Tiggo 2’s display supports 1080HD pictures and videos just like your HD flat-screen TV at home. The system also has a USB port, so you can enjoy unlimited high-quality multimedia files onboard with support for almost all documents, pictures, music and video formats. The Tiggo 2’s touchscreen is also equipped with a reverse radar + reverse image with dynamic guidelines to help you negotiate hazards and obstacles behind the car.

Last but not the least, the Tiggo 2 is equipped with Hill Hold Control (HHC), which prevents the vehicle from rolling backwards on an uphill incline. The Tiggo 2 also has the ESC or Electronic Stability Control, which helps ensure vehicle control if ever you come across a slippery road.

A novel safety feature not common among cars is the Tiggo 2’s speeding alarm system in which you can set a certain speed between 40 to 120 km/h to prevent unintended overspeeding, which also comes with the M/T shift reminder to ensure smooth and fuel-efficient driving. The Tiggo 2 also has Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), which automatically measures the vehicle’s tire pressures in real time and will alert the driver with a dashboard warning light if the tire pressure in any tire is too low to ensure safety and fuel-efficiency.

The Chery Tiggo 2 comes in two variants: the comfortable 1.5 M/T (P695,000) and the luxury 1.5 four-speed A/T (P770,000). It’s available through a low down payment promo that starts as low as P15,000.

Visit or call your nearest Chery dealer to know more about the vehicle and book a test drive!
