ACMobility, the top-of-mind mobility provider and leader of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions in the Philippines, has officially launched its mobile EV charging station (EVCS) Power-on-Wheels (POW). Through POW, ACMobility provides easier access to fast charging, especially for those without nearby charging stations. Equipped with onboard fast DC chargers, POW puts control in the hands of EV owners, allowing them to charge their vehicles with ease and flexibility — saving time by avoiding queues and charging conveniently from their home, condominium, or office location.
“As ACMobility continues rolling out fixed charging, we are committed to developing innovative solutions to address the infrastructure concerns of EV owners. Power-on-Wheels makes adopting the EV lifestyle easier by offering a convenient, mobile charging solution that complements ACMobility’s growing network of EV charging stations. This service brings charging directly to customers where and when they need it, making EV charging more accessible for people of various lifestyles,” said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, CEO of ACMobility. “As we continue to expand our infrastructure, we are excited to play a pivotal role in supporting the shift toward transformative transportation and making EV ownership a seamless experience for everyone.”
Power-on-Wheels is developed in partnership with Power Up Tech (P.UP), a Singapore-based mobile EVCS company operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and other Asian countries. With its proven and reliable technology, P.UP stands as the ideal partner for ACMobility in advancing the country’s EV infrastructure.
Enhancing EV Charging Accessibility Across Metro Manila
Multiple POW units will be deployed across Metro Manila, providing convenient and sustainable charging services in areas lacking stationary infrastructure. This offers an easy and flexible solution for many condo-dwellers, homeowners, employees, and businesses in line with the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA) requirements.
Designed to cater to both full Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and select plug-in hybrids, all POW units are capable of supporting fast DC charging, have a capacity of up to 120 kWh and are compatible with vehicles that have a CCS2 plug.
Initially operating in select areas in Makati, Mandaluyong, and Taguig, POW units will soon be deployed to wider areas across the country.
POW services can be easily accessed and availed via the Evro app. Evro is ACMobility’s eMobility Service Provider partner that unifies the charging experience across the country through a single platform.
Flexible Pricing and Charging Options Tailored to Your EV Needs
To cater to varying EV charging needs, POW also offers flexible subscription plans according to usage frequency: Light Duty, Commuter, and High Miler. These packages are tailored to different vehicle battery sizes and all comes with car care services, providing added value and convenience to users. They also allow additional top-ups called POW-ups and other additional vehicle services for a much more elevated charging experience. Through these pricing options, users can select the plan best suited to their charging preferences and budget while experiencing hassle-free service.

The POW Subscription Plan and Visit Booking Process
The POW subscription plans can be accessed through the Evro App via the ACMobility membership link. To purchase, users simply need to:
- Go to the “Profile” and select ACMobility Membership under “Link Memberships”.
- From there, users can view available POW offers and choose the subscription plan that best suits their charging needs.
- After completing the registration form, users can proceed to the payment page to finalize their transaction.
To book a visit, users must:
- Go to the ACMobility Membership Homepage and click “Book Now” under their selected POW plan.
