For his part, MOS Autosolutions, Inc. chairman Ramon Manzana said they are very optimistic to conduct business in this part of the metro as the city of Marikina is “one of the most industrialized and business-savvy cities” in the Philippines.

Located along Sumulong Highway in Barangay Sto. Niño, Ford’s newest dealership is now among its biggest facilities in the country. With a total floor area of 11,000 square meters, the new facility can accommodate up to eight cars for display along with 26 service bays, which include express service, body and paint, as well as interactive bays.

The Marikina dealership is also one of the first facilities in the Philippines to follow the new global dealership branding guidelines of the automotive company. The globally aligned exterior and interior look of the dealership showcases the “Ford Signature” for a better customer experience.

In terms of the exteriors, Ford Marikina retains the current global brand identity for consistency which can be seen in the dealership’s brand wall, entrance tower, and Ford sign.

As for the interiors, Ford Marikina wants to offer its customers a more engaging, interactive, and inclusive environment. A welcome pod greets the customers entering the dealership while the space for vehicle display has also been enhanced for a more optimal vehicle presentation.

There’s also a community and social area to provide an engaging multi-functional space for social and community events while the purchase rooms have been designed for a smoother interaction between clients and the sales staff. The improved interiors also feature a customer lounge that allows customers to connect online, charge their gadgets, or even work. Additionally, there’s an enhanced celebration bay and service reception area.

The new facility will also enable new technological features soon in order to help facilitate a faster and more customer-focused sales and after-sales delivery. It also seeks to connect the customer’s online purchasing journey with the on-ground in-store environment – paving the way for a more connected, seamless, and best-in-class automotive retail experience.
