FOTON Philippines announces extended support for customers

Amid the enhanced community quarantine due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, FOTON Philippines has announced a slew of measures to help their customers in terms of sales and aftersales services.

“In this difficult time, what we want for our customers is for them to worry less,” said FOTON Philippines President Rommel Sytin.  “We are continuously launching programs that would provide our valued clients an easy and convenient ownership experience.”

FOTON vehicles with warranties expiring during the quarantine period, and those who have scheduled their preventive maintenance service within the said duration will be given until June 30, 2020 to have it availed.

For autoloan payment concerns, FOTON Philippines’ partners in financial institutions particularly BDO, BPI-FB, Chinabank, Eastwest Bank, Maybank, PSBank RCBC, UCPB, and Security Bank have also given grace periods. The company advises their clients to visit their banks’ websites or contact their customer service hotline for more information about their payment extension.

“This won’t be possible without the consideration and generosity of our bank partners,” said Sytin. “They are also the reasons why our clients choose our brand: because they take care of our clients as much as they care for the brand.”

Adhering to all the protocols as directed by the state and local authorities, FOTON Philippines announced the temporary closure of all their dealerships nationwide.

However, Sytin reassured, “The temporary closure of our dealerships does not restrict us from connecting with our customers and potential buyers. They can still call our hotline at 0999-999-9998 or check our digital platforms via www.foton.com.ph or www.facebook.com/FOTONPhilippines.”

He added, “We are here. We believe and hope that just like the challenges the nation has experienced before, this will also be something that the Filipinos will be able to overcome.”
