Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) Honda’s automobile business unit in the country was adjudged first in JD Power’s 2019 Sales Satisfaction Index study. The awarding ceremony took place at HCPI’s plant and head office in Santa Rosa City, Laguna in the presence of HCPI and JD Power executives.
Eight automotive brands in the Philippines were ranked in the survey conducted for this year. Honda has now received three number one JD Power Philippines Sales Satisfaction Index Study awards – including nods in 2012 and 2017.
“We are truly honored to receive this award as number one in sales satisfaction. As always, Honda remains true to its promise of delivering products of the highest quality and providing the best customer satisfaction,” said Atty. Louie Soriano, general manager of sales and the company spokesperson.
Among those in attendance were HCPI assistant vice president Koki Hattori, dealer business division general manager Noel Barachina, JD Power regional director of automotive practice Shantanu Nandi Majumdar, and JD Power country manager Sigfred Doloroso.
