A crane bucket full of cement fell from the 34th floor of a building in Ortigas on Wednesday.
Dashcam footage posted by Paulo Reyes on Facebook showed how the bucket fell through a debris net.
“Hinding hindi na ako dadaanan o maglalakad sa ilalim ng ganyan (I’ll never pass or walk underneath something like that),” Reyes said.
