WATCH: EDSA stone thrower captured by MMDA

A man who was spotted throwing stones from the Ortigas flyover on EDSA was apprehended by traffic enforcers of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday.

In a Facebook post, MMDA traffic czar Bong Nebrija said that they received reports about a man who was hurling stones while walking along the Ortigas flyover.

The MMDA immediately located the vagrant via its CCTV cameras and was apprehended.

“We got a report na may taong grasang namamato sa (We got a report that there was a vagrant hurling stones from the) Ortigas Flyover. So when we spotted in our CCTV we immediately directed our enforcer where to pick him up. Captured,” Nebrija declared.
