Honda Cars Makati, Inc. (HCMI) has issued a statement following the announcement made by Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) on the closure of its four dealerships in the northern part of Metro Manila.
“Honda Cars Makati, Inc. (HCMI) expresses its continued and full support to Honda in the Philippines,” the company said on Friday.
HCMI said that it is in the process of developing new sales and after-sales channels, optimizing facilities and resources, and adopting new safety protocols, among others. It said that these are intended to serve their customers better and to keep their customers and employees safe.
The company has also re-affirmed its commitment to provide Honda car owners with the sales and after-sales support that they need, especially during these challenging times.
Established in 1991 and the first of the six global mobility brands under AC Motors, an Ayala company, HCMI has dealerships located in Makati, Pasig, Alabang, Shaw, Global City, Manila Bay, Cebu, Mandaue, Iloilo, Negros Occidental and Cagayan de Oro.
