PNP chief says non-APORs will now be allowed to fetch essential workers during ECQ

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar on Thursday said that people not considered authorized persons outside residence or non-APORs will now be allowed to fetch essential workers during the two-week enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

“Puwede nang ihatid ng non-APOR ang mga essential workers,” Eleazar writes in a Facebook post.

He indicates that non-APOR fetchers must present documents including the Certificate of Employment (COE) of worker APOR with details such as name of the designated non-APOR driver/fetcher, make and plate of vehicle, and contact number of employer. They must also have a copy of the business permit of the employer.

The PNP chief previously said that hatid-sundo by non-APORs in private vehicles will be prohibited.
