A ‘Nissan experience’ awaits Cabanatuan car buyers

As part of its commitment in providing best-in-class customer experience, Nissan recently unveiled its newly revamped Cabanatuan dealership, in a bid to elevate the quality of service at par with its global visual identity.

In a statement, Ramesh Narasimhan, President and Managing Director of Nissan Philippines, Inc., said that they want to provide a unique “Nissan experience” as soon as their customers set foot inside their dealerships.

“As we grow, we want our customers to not only have better access to Nissan and its products and services, but also go through the Nissan experience as soon as they enter our dealerships,” says Narasimhan.

The new 700 square meter dealership situated at Km 112 Maharlika Highway in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, features a large glass-view showroom that can accommodate up to 10 vehicle displays.

Aside from exclusive delivery areas, the Japanese automaker’s Nissan Retail Concept visual identity includes service sites and an area for customers to relax. It also offers dedicated end-to-end customer service programs, such as a 30-minute preventive maintenance Express Service.
