Toyota Motor Philippines Foundation (TMPF), the social and humanitarian arm of Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP), recently held its 55th Medical-Surgical Outreach Program (MSOP) in partnership with the Santa Rosa local government and Makati Medical Center (MMC). Conducted at the Santa Rosa Community Hospital, pre-screened patients with cases of cholecystolithiasis, hernia, breast mass and breast abscess underwent surgery performed by MMC surgeon-volunteers.

In the same event, TMPF also donated electrocardiogram (ECG) machines, stethoscopes, blood pressure apparatus, and a cardiac monitor to augment the hospital’s capability in providing health screening and diagnostic procedures. Through its corporate social responsibility initiatives, Toyota assists in addressing the needs of the community where its business is located.
