EVAP Welcomes New Member QSJ Motors Philippines, Launches Seres Brand in Local Market

The Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) proudly announces the addition of QSJ Motors Philippines to its growing roster of members. The announcement coincides with the official launch of the Seres brand in the Philippines, marked by a grand event held at Okada Manila.

The launch event showcased three impressive models introduced by Kevin Chiang, Managing Director of QSJ Motors Philippines: the Seres 5, the Seres 5 Saker Falcon Edition (SF), and the Seres 7. These vehicles represent the cutting-edge innovation and design that the Seres brand is known for, and signify an exciting new chapter for electric vehicles in the Philippines.

With this three-vehicle lineup, QSJ Motors Philippines aims to commence retail sales by September. Plans are also underway to establish an experience center facility and a 3S showroom, enhancing customer experience and providing comprehensive sales, service, and spare parts support.

EVAP President Rommel Juan and Chairman Emeritus Ferdinand Raquelsantos presented the membership certificate to Kevin Chiang, Managing Director of QSJ Motors Philippines, and John Tovillo, Managing Director of Seres EV. This induction ceremony underscores EVAP’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and dynamic EV ecosystem in the Philippines.

President Rommel Juan expressed his optimism about the new partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome QSJ Motors Philippines and the Seres brand into the EVAP family. Their entry into the local market aligns with our mission to promote sustainable transportation and further drives the adoption of electric vehicles in the Philippines.”
