Some people say you should place your business in an area with a lot of traffic. Well, BYD did just that by opening their first EDSA showroom in Balintawak. It’s also the first to have DC Charging in-house as well.
The event was graced by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, Former President Gloria Arroyo and ACMobility CEO Jaime Zobel de Ayala. BYD Balintawak has a 500 sqm showroom that will flaunt the brand’s latest EV and hybrid offerings in the country. It can accommodate around 6 cars inside and will showcase BYD’s latest Seagull EV, Seal high performance EV sedan, and the Sealion 6 DM-i.
Aside from the cars, the potential customers can learn of BYD’s technology and the benefits of going electric inside BYD Balintawak. There’s also a comfortable lounge for them, as well as a cozy releasing area.

She added that this forward-thinking approach is vital as we embrace the transition to electric cars and work towards a more sustainable future.
The place may look small from the main road, but it’s large at the back. There’s a 1,250 sqm service area that can do regular maintenance and general repairs with BYD-certified equipment. The aftersales team is also highly experienced as they have been regularly servicing electric cars since 2019.
According to them, the new dealership can already accommodate Preventive Maintenance Service, General and Warranty Repairs, Body and Paint repairs. It also has a DC charging station that can quickly charge the BYD cars, giving them a much needed boost before they enter the North Luzon Expressway which is less than a kilometer away.
BYD Balintawak is part of ACMobility’s plan to open 22 dealerships nationwide by the end of the year. It’s located on the north-bound section at 1294 EDSA, Quezon City. It will be open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. Service is available every Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
