Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has celebrated the achievements of its top-performing dealers, marketing professionals, and service advisors at the annual Toyota Dealer Awards and the Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) Awards. The event, held during the 2025 Dealer Conference, recognized the best of the best within Toyota’s dealership network, highlighting their excellence in sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Recognizing excellence across business divisions
Among the most prestigious honors of the evening was the President’s Award of Excellence, granted to Toyota dealerships that demonstrated outstanding performance across all aspects of operations.
- Large Business Division: Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. (TMR) claimed the top award, proving its dominance in service, customer experience, and overall operations. Toyota San Fernando, Pampanga, Inc. and Toyota Pasig followed as the first and second runners-up, respectively.
- Medium Business Division: Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. (TNI) secured the top spot, with Toyota Silang, Cavite, Inc. and Toyota North EDSA earning runner-up positions.
- Small Business Division: Toyota Tarlac City (TTA) emerged as the winner, with Toyota Subic, Inc. and Toyota Plaridel, Bulacan following closely behind.

Special recognition for Customer Service and Business Excellence
In addition to the President’s Award of Excellence, two special awards were given to dealerships that excelled in specific aspects of operations:
- President’s Customer Satisfaction (CS) Cup of Excellence Award – Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. was honored for its outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction, reinforcing Toyota’s promise of delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
- President’s Value Chain Award – Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. received this award for demonstrating exceptional synergy across all areas of business, from sales to after-sales service, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

The TOPS Finest Marketing Professional of the Year award was given to Ramil Angelo de Guzman Tantay of Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. His outstanding contributions in promoting Toyota’s brand, connecting with customers, and driving sales growth set him apart as an industry leader.
In the service category, the TOPS Finest General Job Service Advisor of the Year honor was awarded to Vladimir John Pangilinan Yutuc of Toyota Tarlac City, while the TOPS Finest Body and Paint Service Advisor of the Year was Ma. Precious Claire Perez Castro of Toyota Isabela, Inc. Their dedication to providing top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction was instrumental in their recognition.
