According to one of the witnesses, the Geely Coolray crashed into a Toyota Vios after the former allegedly tried to beat the red light at the intersection of Quezon and West Avenues.

“A white Geely Coolray T-boned a gray Toyota Vios along Quezon Avenue-West Avenue intersection,” the witness said.

“Beating the red light si Geely. Also high speed. Driver was dazed also. Not sure if he is drunk or just dazed because of shock. So no confirmation on this. But definitely, beating the red light and very high speed since wee hours na so maluwag yung daan,” the witness added.

The occupants of the sedan as well as the driver of the SUV sustained minor injuries following the incident, according to the witness.
