Tesla showcases Cutting-Edge Vehicles and Technology at the Manila International Motor  Show 

Tesla, a renowned pioneer in electric vehicle (EV) innovation and sustainability, made a significant  impression with its debut in the Philippines in late 2024. The tech giant showcased its latest  offerings, including the highly acclaimed New Model Y and Model 3, along with a comprehensive  charging strategy aimed at fostering the burgeoning EV community in the local market. 

At the event, the Model Y is showcased in its new and exclusive color, the Glacier Blue. Model Y  has been named as the best-selling car in the world for two successive years in 2023 and 2024, a remarkable achievement that placed it ahead not only from its electric vehicle competitors but  also its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterparts, highlighting Tesla’s dominance in the  automotive industry.

This model also features a notably quieter ride and  is available in a powerful Performance variant, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just  3.1 seconds. This exhilarating performance solidifies the Model 3’s reputation as an exciting  option in the EV market. 

Tesla remains committed to expanding its charging infrastructure to support its growing customer  base. With Supercharging stations strategically located at Uptown Mall, Mall of Asia, and Shangri La Plaza, as well as a Destination Charger at Eastwood Mall, the company is dedicated to ensuring  comprehensive and convenient charging solutions for its owners. Apart from putting efforts to  

expand the existing charging network, Tesla launches the Home Charging Program to offer a  complimentary Wall Connector for new owners to charge at home. Plans for additional charging  sites are already in motion, further enhancing accessibility for Tesla drivers.
