Dubbed as ‘VIRTUAL@Honda,’ the virtual dealership and online transaction facility provides contactless processes that the public can use for car purchase, car maintenance, and repairs.
“With the current global pandemic and in view of these uncertain times, HCPI’s priority is the safety of our customers. With this, the soon-to-be launched Virtual Dealership Online Transaction is our alternative solution to provide contactless dealer processes for our customers,” said HCPI president Masahiko Nakamura.
When this new online facility becomes available starting August 2020, the public can avail different services without leaving at home. Through ‘VIRTUAL@Honda,’ customers can do the following tasks:
