Catch the Mazda3 100th Anniversary Edition before it’s gone

ONLY 8 OF 39 UNITS FOR PH LEFT

Mazda is celebrating its centenary this year. To mark this historic milestone year, the Hiroshima-based carmaker released a total of 700 units worldwide of 100th Anniversary editions of its various models.

Of the 700, only 39 will make their way to the Philippines: 24 units of the iconic MX-5/Miata roadster and 15 of the beautiful Mazda3 Sportback. But first the bad news: All 24 MX-5 sports cars have been sold out; not surprising, really, given the inherent collectible value of any sports car, enhanced further by a limited production run of a special anniversary model.

Sold out! The Mazda MX-5 100th Anniversary Special Edition was available in Soft Top AT (P2,335,000) and Retractable Fastback models (P2,390,000 for the MT and P2,480,000 for the AT). All 24 units allocated for the Philippines have been sold.

And now the good news (if you don’t dilly-dally): There are still 8 remaining Mazda3 100th Anniversary Edition models from the original 15 available. However, given that these special models were announced less than two months ago, one can say that the Mazda3 100th Anniversary model is leaving dealerships at the rate of one car a week. Which means that you probably have about two months to get your hands on one before they’re all sold out.

At least you can rush to your nearest Mazda dealer without having to worry about what color to pick. That’s because all 100th Anniversary Special Edition models sport a Snowflake White Pearl finish with red seats and floor carpets.

A special Mazda 100th Anniversary Logo combines the original corporate logo layout of Toyo Cork Kogyo and the current Mazda wing brand symbol. This logo is embossed on the seat headrests, the wheel center caps and the key fobs of each commemorative model, while Mazda 100th Anniversary badges embellish the fender wings and floor mats.

Aside from the 100th Anniversary Special Edition adornments, the Mazda3 commemorative models are garnished with white interior trim and high-gloss black wheels to further set it apart from other variants.

Priced at P1,570,000 with an optional Mazdaspeed body kit for P75,000, the Mazda3 100th Anniversary Special Edition is a true representation of a century’s commitment to human-centric design and a rich heritage borne of culture and passion.

Mazda Philippines’ exemplary after-sales service record has been ranked #1 in the industry twice — in the 2016 and 2019 J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study.

There are 20 Mazda 3S dealerships located across the Philippines: (in Metro Manila) Greenhills, Pasig, Quezon Avenue, North EDSA, Makati, Alabang, and Cavite, Sta. Rosa, Pulilan, Pampanga, Dagupan, Cabanatuan, Tarlac, Negros, Cebu, Iloilo, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, Butuan and General Santos.
