Thor: Love and Thunder is one of the year’s most highly-anticipated films and one that many Filipino Marvel fans are falling in line to watch. To bring the movie closer to the MG Philippines network—many of whom are big Thor and Marvel fans themselves—MG Philippines decided to invite members from local MG clubs to an exclusive block screening event of Thor: Love and Thunder, as a simple “thank you” for the club’s continuous support of MG Philippines, and to acknowledge the club’s efforts in promoting and championing the MG brand here in the country.
This extraoridinary event took place on Sunday, June 10, at the Bonifacio High Street Cinema in Bonifacio Global City. In attendance were officers and members of various MG clubs, members of the Philippine motoring media, and stewards and executives of MG Philippines. Genuine MG merchandise was also raffled off to attendees during this fun, family event that was enjoyed by all.
Before the movie screening, MG Philippines also took the opportunity to unveil its new music video for the brand’s original song “Coming Home.” The music video is a spirited and energetic video montage that is a tribute to MG owners all over the Philippines who enjoy driving and owning their MG cars, while making lasting and meaningful memories with them.
“Coming Home” by MG Philippines is now streaming on Spotify and YouTube Music, and can also be found in the music libraries of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You can also catch “Coming Home” on your favorite FM radio stations, as the song likewise continues to be broadcasted over radio airwaves.
MG Philippines’ exclusive block screening of Thor: Love and Thunder for MG owners was a safe, extraordinary event filled with fun and camaraderie and enjoyed by all, and was a great time to cap of the weekend to provide a boost going into the new week.
