Grab delivery-partners honored as ‘Padyak Champions’ at Mobility Awards

Grab Philippines celebrates the recognition of its delivery-partners Sarah Francesca Aguja and Arnold Samiano De Luna as ‘Padyak Champions’ at the prestigious Mobility Awards 2024 held at Novotel Manila Araneta City.

Aguja secured the top spot, with De Luna closely trailing in the Padyak Champion category—a recognition reserved for the most outstanding cyclist messengers and delivery riders engaged in on-demand and parcel delivery services. This achievement stands as a testament to their remarkable commitment and exemplary performance in the delivery field, all while embracing sustainable transportation practices.

As the Padyak Champion of the year, Aguja brought home a cash prize of Php 10,000,  various cycling merchandise, and a brand new bike. De Luna, who joined Grab during the pandemic, shares his pride of being a cyclist on the platform.

Grab takes great pride in fostering inclusivity by integrating bikers as a component of its delivery-partner fleet, a clear and resolute commitment to empowering a broader spectrum of Filipinos through its platform.

The Mobility Awards, a collaborative initiative led by the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) and its partners, advocates for a greener and more inclusive transformation in urban mobility in the Philippines.
