You can now expect even better service on all fronts from Ford Philippines. They recently inaugurated their new Learning Center in Laguna. This facility is just beside their massive parts warehouse and will be home to training for their technical and non-technical personnel nationwide.

The new Ford Learning Center is a massive 1,500sqm facility that houses 7 mechanical bays including dedicated bays for electrified vehicles, 4 classrooms, a simulated Ford showroom, meeting rooms, office bays, and a cafeteria.

It replaces their previous training center in Don Bosco Technical Institute of Makati that’s only around 110sqm in size. It was also shared with other brands and did not have enough space for a dedicated EV service bay. The new facility addresses all the things that they want from the old center and gives even more support to the learning of personnel.

“The opening of the Learning Center is not just about opening a new building; it is about building the future of Ford in the Philippines. It represents our strong commitment to this market—to our customers, our partners, and our people,” says Pedro Simoes, managing director, Ford Philippines. “At Ford, we believe that great vehicles are only part of the ownership journey. What truly makes the difference is the experience—how we support, serve, and care for our customers every day.”

“As vehicle technologies rapidly evolve—from advanced connectivity to sophisticated safety features and electrified systems—our dealership teams must be equipped with the highest level of technical mastery, product knowledge, and customer-handling skills. We are confident that this Ford Learning Center can help standardize, elevate, and future-proof our operational capabilities”, adds Pushparaj Muthusamy, director, Ford Customer Service Division, Ford Philippines.

Sitting beside the main area of the Learning Center is a 451-sqm mechanical workshop for a real dealership environment. What’s surprising here is the air circulation in the area as it is not hot, which is the common condition in service areas elsewhere. They have 2 and 4-post lifts, a dedicated lift for EV batteries, and will cover vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and certifications for both internal-combustion models and electrified vehicles.

Complementing the workshop is a 195-square-meter reception and showroom area that serves as a venue for product presentations, vehicle walkarounds, and sales training. The 4 classrooms can accommodate around 100 people simultaneously. They also have a dedicated tooling area, engine room, and meeting areas. They even have a mother’s room for those who are forced by their situation to bring their babies.
The investment follows the opening of Ford’s Parts Distribution Center in Laguna in 2024, which enhanced parts availability and delivery efficiency across the dealer network. Customers also benefit from a growing suite of after-sales services, including Online Service Booking, Mobile Service Vehicle, Express Service, the Service Price Calculator, and Pickup and Delivery, making vehicle ownership more convenient, transparent, and worry-free.
The opening of the new Ford Learning Center will certainly boost the brand’s technicians, sales consultants, and service advisors in helping customers with their concerns about their Ford vehicles.
