Angkas rider stabs Grab driver over traffic row

A manhunt operation has been launched against an Angkas biker who stabbed a Grab driver over a traffic argument.

According to the initial investigation of the Mandaluyong Police, the incident occurred along Boni Avenue after Grab driver Rommel Cervantes, flashed his headlights to send out a message to the Angkas rider.

However, the suspect got annoyed and in return, decided to ram the Grab driver’s rear bumper, prompting the victim to stop and check the damage.

But when the victim was about to confront the Angkas rider, the suspect suddenly stabbed him in the face and arm with a knife before fleeing.

Cervantes was rushed to the Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center and is now in stable condition.
