ACMobility strengthens people-first culture with dual workplace recognitions

ACMobility People & Culture Representatives (L-R): Yeng Salatamos-Udtohan, OD and Total Rewards Manager; Jowee Jael, Culture and Employee Experience Head; and Vanessa Tabije, Talent Acquisition Manager

ACMobility, the mobility arm of the Ayala Group, opens 2026 with two major workplace recognitions that affirm its commitment to building a purpose-driven, people-first organization in the Philippine automotive sector.

The dual recognitions from the Top Employers Institute (TEI) and Great Place to Work® Philippines, respectively, provide both global and employee-led validation of ACMobility’s people practices, reinforcing its focus on culture, trust, and employee experience.

Top Employer Institute Certification 2026

In Singapore last January, ACMobility was formally awarded the Top Employer 2026 Certification by TEI. The recognition marks ACMobility’s second consecutive year as a Top Employer, reinforcing its sustained focus on strengthening its people practices and workplace culture.

This milestone builds on ACMobility’s historic achievement in 2025, when it became the first automotive company in the Philippines to be qualified and certified by TEI, helping set a benchmark for people practices in the industry.

The Top Employer certification recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in human resources strategies, employee development, workplace culture, and people practices. ACMobility’s back-to-back recognition reflects its continued investment in its workforce alongside the growth of its mobility ecosystem.

Great Place to Work® Philippines Certification

Further reinforcing this milestone, ACMobility has also been officially certified by Great Place to Work® Philippines, a global benchmark for outstanding employee experience.

Great Place to Work® Certification™ is one of the most definitive employer-of-choice recognitions globally, as it is based entirely on direct employee feedback about trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie in the workplace. Beyond employer branding, the certification provides organizations with insights to continuously strengthen their culture and employee experience.

In the certification survey, 87 percent of ACMobility employees expressed confidence in working for the company. The result reflects the trust, care, and culture of malasakit experienced by employees across ACMobility’s offices, dealerships, and mobility businesses nationwide.

“These recognitions affirm that our people and culture practices are not only well-structured, but genuinely felt by our employees,” said Ariane Nava, Chief People Officer, ACMobility. “As we continue to grow and help shape the future of mobility in the Philippines, we remain committed to creating an environment where our people feel supported, empowered, and proud of the work they do.”
