Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) has announced its partnership with the Harley Owners Group (HOG) Manila Chapter Philippines as the platinum sponsor for the much-anticipated “PH Ride with Purpose” event.
Set to take place on June 24th and 25th at Subic Bay Freeport, this event celebrates the 10th anniversary of the HOG Manila Chapter and embodies UnionBank’s commitment to nation-building and community support.
The “PH Ride with Purpose” event serves as a gathering of recreational riders from all over the country, fostering camaraderie, strengthening social connections, and promoting local tourism, community empowerment, and environmental protection. This year’s event is aimed at showcasing Subic Bay Freeport as a premier motorcycle tourist destination, creating a positive impact on the local economy. The two-day event will also feature live performances by legendary Philippine hard rock bands, The Breed and Razorback with Basti Artadi, as well as sets by DJ Bia, promising to keep the energy levels high throughout the event.
All proceeds from the “PH Ride with Purpose” event will go towards supporting HOG Manila Chapter’s social responsibility projects, including the Daang Kalikasan Eco-Park. This co-development initiative, in collaboration with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, aims to enhance the five-hectare National Greening Program plantation in Barangay Muelang, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, through tree planting and nurturing. UnionBank’s sponsorship of the event underscores its commitment to environmental sustainability and community development.
