Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has always been at the forefront of sustainable and accessible mobility. And it’s a very opportune time to showcase its latest innovations for the public to see this September 15 to 18 at the 8th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
In line with this year’s theme, ‘Mobility + Humanity: Innovating for the Common Good,’ TMP highlights its human-centric approach in developing its products and services to align with the evolving needs of Filipinos and the overall mobility scene.
Sustainable Innovation
If you’re eco-conscious or interested in taking the sustainable road, you can have a meet and greet with TMP’s wide variety of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) such as Camry, Corolla Altis, Corolla Cross, and RAV 4. You can also test drive their popular models like the Vios GR-S, Fortuner GR-S, Avanza, Veloz, and Raize.
Mobility for all
The recently launched Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines Inc. also has an exhibit of the mobility products and services it offers like Kinto One and myTOYOTA shuttle.
To show support to the local MSMEs, there is also an outdoor display of the Lite Ace FX Van and Lite Ace Food Truck for those looking to kickstart their businesses.
“We are proud to support and be part of PIMS as it has always been a perfect avenue for Toyota to showcase its latest innovations and affirm its commitment to shape the future of mobility together with the passionate community of customers, brand fans and car enthusiasts,” TMP First Vice President for Vehicle Service Operations, Sherwin Chualim said.
“This year, we are delighted to be at the forefront of yet another shift in the automotive industry—one that gives car owners the power to make a realistic contribution to creating a more sustainable world through a choice of accessible and practical electrified vehicles ready to make a difference today,” he added.
High-performance models to hype the public
If you want to see power, then power you’ll get. Showing face at the PIMS is the Toyota Gazoo Racing line-up — the GR Supra, GR Yaris, and the all-new GR 86. There’s also a setup of GR GT Cup racing rigs for visitors to try out their sim racing game at the GR Garage.
