For the second consecutive year, ACMobility took home awards at the HR Excellence Awards (HREA) and the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, reinforcing its standing as one of the country’s top employers.

The awards include top citations for ACMobility’s senior leaders, reflecting a shared leadership commitment to prioritize employee well-being and foster a positive work culture.

These accolades also build on the company’s strong track record of excellence in people practices, having earned two top awards earlier this year: the Top Employer 2026 Certification by the Top Employers Institute, and a certification from Great Place to Work Philippines.

Ariane Nava, ACMobility Chief People Officer, receives a silver citation for HR Leader of the Year at the HR Excellence Awards 2026.

  • Bronze citation for Excellence in Total Rewards
  • HR Leader of the Year (Silver citation) – ACMobility Chief People Officer Ariane Nava

The international body recognizes organizations for outstanding practices across key areas of human resources and people management.

In the 11th annual Stevie® Awards, ACMobility earned two Silvers, joining the list of winners out of 1,000 nominations from 38 countries,

  • People-Focused CEO of the Year – Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, ACMobility CEO
  • Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year – Ariane Nava, ACMobility Chief People Officer

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products, solutions, and suppliers that help create and drive great places to work.

Winners will be honored at a red carpet awards ceremony on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, France, where they will be celebrated alongside winners of the 2026 Stevie® Awards for Technology Excellence, The International Business Awards®, and the German Stevie® Awards.

“The honors from the HR Excellence Awards and the Stevie® Awards reflect the same commitment we’ve carried through the years: building a workplace environment where our people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. We’re proud to be recognized alongside the industry’s best, and even prouder of the whole team who makes this possible,” said Nava.

ACMobility’s latest wins add to a milestone year for its workplace culture, reflecting the trust and culture of malasakit felt by employees across its offices, dealerships, and mobility subsidiaries nationwide.
