10.10.10 FUN CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT DRAWS 182 PLAYERS, RECORDS FIRST-EVER HOLE-IN-ONE IN 12-YEAR HISTORY

The 10.10.10 Fun Charity Golf Tournament returned for its second year of Season 2 on October 12, 2026, drawing 182 players to The Orchard Golf & Country Club in Cavite to support Cartwheel Foundation, Inc.

Held at The Orchard’s Players Course, the tournament brought together businessmen, corporate executives, golf enthusiasts, and longtime supporters for a day of golf, entertainment, and fundraising.

Led by businessman and Autohub Group President Willy Tee Ten, the annual charity tournament has become known for its unconventional approach to golf, combining friendly competition with entertaining on-course activities and sponsor-led challenges.

The tournament previously ran for 10 years before concluding its first season in 2022. It was revived in 2025, marking the start of Season 2. This year’s tournament was played exclusively on the Players Course, with 182 golfers competing in a two-man team Modified Scramble format under System 36.

Beyond the competition, participants enjoyed sponsor activities, fun-hole challenges, raffle prizes, and entertainment throughout the day.

FIRST-EVER HOLE-IN-ONE MARKS TOURNAMENT MILESTONE

This year’s tournament also marked a milestone in the event’s 12-year history, as Mark Pineda recorded the first-ever hole-in-one in the 10.10.10 Fun Charity Golf Tournament.

Pineda took home P100,000 worth of K&G Golf merchandise for the achievement, adding another highlight to this year’s tournament and making Season 2 particularly memorable for organizers and participants alike.

GARY SALES AND DAVID HOLDEN CLAIM OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Gary Sales and David Holden emerged as the 10.10.10 Overall Champions, while Raymond Mariano and Koichi Limura secured the 10.10.10 Fun Champion title.

In Class A, Jong Arcano and Rolando Bregente shared the championship honors with Ric Inion and JP Gutierrez, who finished in a tie. David Ong and Ferddie Barbosa placed second runners-up.

Jomel Cruz and Red Lopez took the Class B championship, followed by first runners-up Ariel Malabag and Cecil Mendiola, and second runners-up Mark Pineda and Edwin Ermita.

In Class C, Raymond Tan and Joey Ngo claimed the championship. Kevin Matias and Michael Roman Matias finished as first runners-up, while William Uy and Yeung Siu Bing placed second runners-up.

Special awards were also presented to Joel Bellardo for Nearest to the Tree, Mark Espino for Longest Drive, and Kenneth Tan for Most Accurate. Gary Sales and David Holden also won the Alternate Quickie challenge.

The tournament concluded with an awarding ceremony and raffle, recognizing the day’s winners and thanking the sponsors and participants who supported the event.
