Audi launched two high-performance RS flagship models at PGA Cars World of Supercars — a spectacle no other auto group in the Philippines could match. Simultaneously introduced during the event were the RS e-tron GT Performance and the RS Q8 Performance.
The arrival of the new models marked Audi’s 20th year of success in the Philippines.
The RS e-tron GT Performance is the most powerful Audi production model ever. Its two electric motors send 925 hp and 1,027 Nm of torque to a quattro all-wheel drive system, providing instant torque and precise traction.

This enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.
The RS e-tron GT Performance’s front electric motor comes with a reinforced driveshaft while the one at the rear is now more powerful and lighter.
An updated 105 kWh battery allows a driving range of up to 592 kilometers (WLTP).
New to the RS e-tron GT Performance is the “push-to-pass” feature that provides extra boost.
The model is also fitted with active air suspension and dampers that enhance both comfort and road-holding capability.
Added to the RS e-tron GT Performance’s drive select feature are two RS-specific modes that tune throttle response, suspension setting, ride height, torque distribution, and sound.
Specifically developed 21-inch tires complement the driving modes.
In the cabin, among the items unique to the RS e-tron GT Performance are forged carbon camouflage inlays and the digital dials in white — a tribute to the 1994 Audi Avant RS 2 that have white analog dials.
For its part, the RS Q8 Performance is the fastest production SUV to lap the legendary Nurburgring.

Credit for this goes to a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, producing 640 hp and 850 Nm of torque, that is mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and quattro all-wheel drive.
The combination lets the model accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds.
A newly developed, freer-flowing exhaust system helps increase power while delivering an even more visceral sound.
The RS Q8 Performance features adaptive air suspension sport with RS-specific tuning that adjusts ride height by up to 90 millimeters. Electromechanical active roll stabilization enhance both comfort and dynamic response.
A mechanical center differential can send 70% of torque to the front axle and up to 85% to the rear. This results in more precise cornering, less understeer, and more exact turn-in. Rear-wheel steering makes the vehicle easier to maneuver at low speeds and more stable at high speeds.
Distinguishing the RS Q8 Performance are matte gray exterior details, a revised front apron with larger air intakes, 23-inch forged alloy wheels, Matrix LED headlights with Audi laser lights, and OLED rear lights featuring five digital light signatures.
Inside, the new RS Q8 Performance gets the 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit featuring an RS-specific layout with a motorsport-style shift indicator and launch control graphics.
The RS e-tron GT Performance and RS Q8 Performance highlight Audi’s dual commitment to electrification and combustion performance while staying true to the motorsport pedigree of Audi Sport’s RS model line.
