The Autohub Group inked a deal with Omoda and Jaecoo last December for 3 dealerships. This week, Autohub group fulfilled that with the opening of the new Omoda & Jaecoo Otis showroom in Manila. This is after they opened Calamba a couple of months back, and the opening of North Edsa showroom on the same day.
“We believe in the brand. We know that they produce beautiful products, and we’re here to be part of the growth of Omoda & Jaecoo in the Philippines,” said Willy Tee Ten, President of Autohub Group.

Present in the inauguration are RM Ayad of Omoda & Jaecoo, Autohub Executives Willy Tee Ten and Owee Cruz, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, Weijia Luo, Vice President of Omoda & Jaecoo Philippines, and Pershy Ayes, General Manager of Omoda & Jaecoo Otis.

Omoda & Jaecoo Otis can be found along President Quirino Avenue Extension, before Paz Guanzon St. in Manila. It has more than enough space for 6 cars and they plan on having a mini-bar setup for their customers, apart from the standard customer lounge and service reception area.

At the back are 4 service bays that will accommodate servicing for current and future Omoda & Jaecoo owners. They also have a 7.5kw wall charger for owners, and they plan on installing one in the showroom itself in order to educate customers about them.

“When you open a dealership, it’s by no means a small task,” said Weijia Luo, Vice President of Omoda & Jaecoo Philippines. “I’d like to take this moment to say a big thank you to the Autohub team for your dedication and professionalism and trust for bringing us here today.”
Taking center stage at the new showroom will be the Jaecoo EJ6 BEV and the Jaecoo J7 SHS. According to Pershy Ayes, General Manager of Omoda & Jaecoo Otis, these 2 models are the most in demand by customers.
The EJ6 is a boxy BEV crossover that starts in the PHP 1.6M price range. It has 181-275 horsepower, depending on the trim, and is available with an All-Wheel Drive system. Range varies from 410km to around 421 km.
Meanwhile, the J7 is still boxy but has a more conventional stance to an SUV. It’s meant for those still on the fence regarding electrification as it has a Plug-in Hybrid system. There’s 275 horses under the hood thanks to a 1.5-liter turbo engine, but still has around 100km of electric-only range if you want to be greener in the city.
