New Dealer Signing
Last June, with the objective of expanding its footprint across the country, Changan Philippines conducted its new dealer signing ceremony for five (5) upcoming branches in Central Luzon and Mindanao. Held at Changan’s flagship dealership in C5, Pasig, present during the event were:
- Mr. Tobi Ang, Vice President-Chief Operating Officer and Dealer Principal, Angcore Motors Inc. for Changan Davao and Changan General Santos
- Mr. Christian Osin, Dealer Principal, Global Cars Inc. for Changan Butuan and Changan Surigao and;
- Mr. Matthew Gozun, Managing Director and Dealer Principal, Gozun Cars for Changan San Fernando, Pampanga
The meaningful event was part of the brand’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the country, leading to its overall commitment to providing high-quality products, excellent customer service, and making smart mobility accessible to more Filipinos nationwide.
Changan Sales Managers Training
On top of the awarding of the upcoming dealership, the brand recently held the Changan Sales Managers Training at its flagship dealership in C5, Pasig.
The training was conducted with the objective of further honing the skills of the sales managers. The collaborative day focused on strengthening leadership, enhancing customer experience, and aligning strategies for continued growth across the Changan network.
In addition, key Sales Manager roles were discussed and exercised during the training, with a specific focus on Leadership, KPI & Planning, Team Development, and Inventory & Operational Management. These are all aimed to have the outcome of developing highly trained sales teams who are excited to welcome customers and are fully dedicated to delivering warm hospitality and a customer-centric approach during their visit.
