Mitsubishi revamps XFORCE lineup with new entry GLX CVT variant

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has unveiled the new Mitsubishi XFORCE, strengthening its focus on providing Filipinos with a stylish, practical, and reliable mobility solution. It builds on the strengths of the XFORCE that made it a popular choice among compact SUV buyers. This refreshed lineup now offers more options through the introduction of the new XFORCE GLX CVT trim.

The new XFORCE is designed to provide a comfortable and practical ownership experience to make every journey effortless, confident, and rewarding. Whether used for daily commutes, family outings, or weekend road trips, this crossover balances comfort, convenience, and driving confidence.

The GLX trim expands the lineup of the XFORCE to three models, giving buyers more options to suit their needs. Sitting at the top of the range, the GT model offers a full suite of comfort, convenience, and safety features. The middle GLS delivers a mix of styling, connectivity, and everyday practicality, while the new GLX serves as the entry-level variant making the car more accessible without compromising on its design, comfort, and driving pleasure that define the model.

More ways to experience XFORCE

The XFORCE GLX serves the same bold SUV character, comfortable ride quality, spacious cabin, and everyday versatility that Filipinos have appreciated from the nameplate. It’s equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, Reverse Camera, 6-speaker system, and a practical, roomy cabin that makes the XFORCE GLX familiar despite the more attainable price tag.

It has a sticker price of PHP 1,119,000 and opens the door for more buyers to enjoy the XFORCE. Its looks, features, and pricing makes choosing the XFORCE GLX feel right for Filipinos looking for their first car or upgrading to a bigger family vehicle.

Enhanced value across the lineup

Apart from the new trim, Mitsubishi also refreshed the other variants. They fitted it with amenities for better comfort, convenience, and safety.

The new XFORCE GLS now has leather upholstery that has Heat Guard. This makes the leather not as hot even when exposed to open parking spaces, further enhancing the comfort of the occupants. Drivers will also enjoy the benefit of now having Cruise Control during long stretches of roads, while the Multi-Around View Monitor provides greater visibility and confidence when driving through tight city streets and alleys.

“The XFORCE has been well received by Filipino customers for its eye-catching design and elevated comfort. With the introduction of the new GLX variant and updating the other variants, we are enhancing the lineup to give more customers the opportunity to experience the XFORCE and find the variant that best fits their lifestyle and needs,” said MMPC President & CEO Ritsu Imaeda.

The Mitsubishi XFORCE starts at PHP 1,119,000 for the GLX trim, while the middle GLS is at PHP 1,299,000 and the top of the line XFORCE GT is at PHP 1,661,000. The GLX is available in monotone colors of Quartz White Pearl, Graphite Gray Metallic, Blade Silver Metallic, and Red Metallic. The GLS and GT have 2-tone colors in Quartz White Pearl with Black Roof and Energetic Yellow with Black Roof, while the GLS now has exclusive Jet Black Mica as an option.

The new Mitsubishi XFORCE is now available in all authorized Mitsubishi Motors Philippines dealerships nationwide.
