As Formula 1 roared into Singapore last October 9 to 11, 2026, Porsche celebrated the spirit of motorsport with Raceborn Fest. Created as part of Porsche’s global celebration of 75 Years of Porsche Motorsport, it also coincided with the opening of bookings for Porsche Experience Center Singapore from April 2027 onwards.

Porsche Asia Pacific gathered some iconic competition cars from its illustrious past, including a Porsche 917 KH or Kurzheck (Shorttail), a Porsche 356B, a Porsche 911 R Rennsport, and the regional debut of its newest customer racing car, the 911 Challenge.
The 911 Challenge represents the future of motorsport. Based off the 911 GT3 (Type 992.2), this track-only car features the venerable 4.0-liter flat-6 uprated to 515 horsepower. It also has a stripped-out interior, a full Manthey roll cage, a Sabelt racing bucket seat, and steering wheel-accessible customization controls for its onboard driving aids such as its Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus)—an electronically controlled differential, anti-lock brakes, traction control, electronic stability control, and brake bias.

Owners of the 911 Challenge as well as Porsche customers and enthusiasts will have a new playground in the form of the Porsche Experience Center Singapore (PEC Singapore). Ahead of its April 2027 opening, the official booking platform for driving experiences is now open. Bookings can be made through PEC Singapore’s official website at www.pecsingapore.com.
Visitors to PEC Singapore will be able to choose a wide range of driving programs from an introductory experience all the way to a 30-minute guided driving session. Sessions start as low as SGD 300 (P 14,700).

“Motorsport has been at the heart of Porsche for 75 years, and the Raceborn Fest allows us to share that passion with Singaporeans and international racing fans during one of the most exciting weeks on the motorsport calendar,” said Mr. Ragnar Schulte, CEO of Porsche Asia Pacific.
“By bringing together iconic race cars, interactive experiences and the debut of the new 911 Challenge race car, we are celebrating our heritage while looking ahead to the future. That future includes PEC Singapore, a landmark project that reflects our long-term commitment to Singapore and Southeast Asia, and we are delighted to open bookings and invite customers and enthusiasts to be among the first to experience it,” Mr. Schulte continued.

PEC Singapore is designed from the outset as a destination for Southeast Asia as it’s the first Porsche Experience Center that services this region. It will welcome not only Porsche customers and enthusiasts, but also families and visitors from Singapore, Southeast Asia and beyond, with experiences extending beyond the track.
Located at 7 Aviation Park Road in Singapore, at the heart of PEC Singapore is a purpose-built race track designed to showcase Porsche sportscars in a safe and controlled environment. The two-plus kilometer circuit has over 20 track configurations and its 18 turns can reach up to 1.4 Gs in cornering forces. On the main straight, speeds can reach in excess of 200 km/h.

While performance driving forms an important part of the PEC Singapore offering, the facility has been designed to serve a much broader audience. Programs will also focus on driver development, vehicle control, emergency maneuvers, and road safety, allowing participants to build confidence while gaining a deeper understanding of their vehicles in a controlled environment.
Beyond driving experiences, PEC Singapore will combine exhibitions, lifestyle and hospitality offerings, and community spaces within a single destination, broadening its appeal beyond traditional motoring enthusiasts. These include periodically-changing heritage exhibitions, dedicated community spaces, simulator experiences, a kids play area, and even two dining options via Restaurant 906 and the Café Carrera.

Furthermore, the facility is envisioned as an integrated Porsche ownership services destination, bringing together vehicle sales and delivery opportunities, aftersales services, Porsche Approved used vehicle operations, community gatherings, lifestyle experiences and hospitality offerings within a single location.

“The Porsche Experience Center Singapore will bring car enthusiasts together, while offering experiences beyond the track for families and the wider public. Through its mix of driving experiences, exhibitions and lifestyle programs, we look forward to PEC bringing greater vibrancy to the Changi precinct and adding a distinctive new experience to Singapore’s tourism landscape,” said Ms. Jean Ng, Assistant Chief Executive, Experience Development Group, Singapore Tourism Board.
The Porsche Experience Center Singapore is open from April 2027 onwards from 9 AM to 10 PM. Driving Experiences will take place daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. To check availability and book your slot at www.pecsingapore.com
