The UAAGI Auto Group (UAAGI) has finalized strategic dealership appointments with MG Gateway Mantrade Corp. (Gateway) and Prima Sierra Autohaus, Inc. (Prima Sierra) to operate its newest Jetour GAIA retail outlets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gateway will manage the upcoming Jetour GAIA Space in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), while Prima Sierra will spearhead construction and operations at the Jetour GAIA Space in Alabang. These additions establish a corporate retail presence inside the country’s primary economic and high-net-worth commercial corridors, directly targeting Jetour GAIA’s affluent demographic profile.

The expansion marks a deliberate strategy by the UAAGI Auto Group, effectively leveraging the institutional scale, financial liquidity, and local market expertise of two of the local automotive industry’s most prominent investment groups to accelerate market penetration.
The BGC facility, under Gateway management, will occupy a prime commercial location at 7th Avenue corner 30th Street, Taguig City, with an official opening target scheduled for early Q3 2026.
Concurrently, Prima Sierra’s Alabang facility will be positioned along Commerce Avenue within Filinvest City, Alabang, with full facility completion slated for early Q4 2026.

To capture immediate market demand ahead of the permanent facility’s completion, Prima Sierra will deploy a dedicated pop-up retail operation in Alabang starting early Q3 2026. Operations have advanced ahead of the infrastructure completions, with sales teams at both the BGC and Alabang networks actively processing vehicle reservations, and managing early-stage client relations.
Both operations will integrate into the centralized logistics, technical, and operational infrastructure of the UAAGI Auto Group. Beyond the corporate dealership activation, UAAGI has committed institutional resources to secure sustained commercial viability and positive asset margins for its dealer partners, backed by comprehensive aftersales support.
UAAGI’s localized aftersales program includes optimized spare parts supply lines to eliminate inventory lag, alongside standardized technical training programs managed via specialized learning modules. These high-capacity technical programs incorporate critical instruction in Advanced Hybrid and Electric Vehicle (EV) Systems, equipping dealer technicians with the specialized engineering capabilities required to service next-generation powertrains. This standardized operational model will govern all service activities across the new BGC and Alabang spaces to maintain service continuity.

UAAGI’s network scaling coincides with sustained market demand for Jetour GAIA’s flagship model, the G700 plug-in hybrid full-size SUV, which has reconfigured competitive dynamics within the domestic luxury off-road automotive segment.
The G700 will serve as the core product offering at both the BGC and Alabang locations upon their respective openings.
To build upon this market entry, Jetour GAIA has confirmed the introduction of a second highly competitive product line scheduled for release some time in Q3 2026. The upcoming model will achieve immediate nationwide availability across all official GAIA Spaces. Detailed specifications, trim variations, and specific market pricing configurations for the Q3 product release will be disclosed in subsequent corporate statements.

The activation of the BGC and Alabang locations expands Jetour GAIA’s operational footprint to three dedicated facilities. The network includes the fully operational Jetour GAIA Space North EDSA, situated opposite Solaire Resort North and TriNoma, which currently handles full-scale retail sales, corporate accounts, and complete aftersales service operations.
UAAGI management confirmed that negotiations are advanced for an additional two GAIA Spaces within key strategic quadrants of Metro Manila. This phase-two expansion is projected to bring the brand’s total network to five operational dealerships before the close of fiscal year 2026, establishing a comprehensive urban footprint.
This structural network expansion underlines Jetour GAIA’s long-term strategy to capture market share within the premium off-road segment through a distinct combination of heavy-duty engineering and advanced propulsion systems. By delivering scalable asset margins, reliable supply chain fulfillment, and structural technical backing, UAAGI Auto Group provides a highly viable and risk-mitigated platform for institutional capital. For astute market investors and automotive dealer groups possessing sophisticated business acumen, partnering with Jetour GAIA and the UAAGI infrastructure represents a calculated, forward-looking deployment of capital into an expanding, high-yield automotive segment positioned for sustained macroeconomic growth.
