The Ford Territory Hybrid is the best-selling hybrid vehicle in the Philippines, according to the latest data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) covering sales from January to May 2026.
The Territory Hybrid sold a total of 2,226 units for the first five (5) months of the year, or over 500 units more than the next best-selling hybrid vehicle as per official CAMPI data.
Since its highly anticipated launch in August 2025, the Territory Hybrid has experienced steady demand. It crossed the 1,000-unit sales milestone in just over three months and concluded its launch year with an impressive 1,645 units sold. This unprecedented momentum has carried over into 2026, propelling the Territory Hybrid to the top of the market’s hybrid vehicle sales charts.

Efficient, refined and responsive drive
The Territory Hybrid is a full hybrid SUV that combines a gasoline engine and electric motor for a smart balance of performance and efficiency. It delivers an impressive fuel economy of 19.6 km/L and range of up to 1,000 kilometers per tank. In a separate testing conducted by the Department of Energy for its 2025 Fuel Eco-Run, the Territory Hybrid delivered a fuel economy rating of 23.71 km/L.
The Territory Hybrid features a 1.5L I-4 Dedicated Hybrid Engine engine paired with a 2-Speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission and 1.83kW Lithium-Ion NCM High Voltage Battery. The whole hybrid powertrain produces max engine power of 150PS, max engine torque of 230Nm, max electric power of 218PS, and max electric torque of 315Nm. This powertrain combination and EV, Series, Parallel or Energy Recovery mode allows for improved fuel economy and smoother torque delivery, especially in urban situations that feature stop-and-go traffic. The electric assist enhances responsiveness during acceleration.
To maximize engine performance, the Territory Hybrid is equipped with three driving modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport. Each one allows users to tailor performance to road conditions or personal preference. Both variants benefit from the hybrid system’s quiet operation, low emissions, and seamless transition between electric and gasoline power.
It also offers customizable steering feel with selectable power steering modes: Comfort, Normal, and Sport. These modes can automatically adjust based on the selected drive mode or be manually selected by the driver via the shortcut screen for a more personalized experience.
